ECU FAMILY AND CONSUMER SCIENCE/RETAIL MERCHANDISING PROGRAM PARTNERING WITH MAURICES FOR FASHION SHOW ON MARCH 9

The East Central University Family and Consumer Science/Retail Merchandising Program in partnership with Maurices in conducting a fashion show on Saturday, March 9, beginning at 2 p.m., at Maurices, located in the North Hills Shopping Center in Ada.

The show is a benefit for the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life as a silent auction will begin Monday, March 4 and will conclude at the end of the fashion show on March 9.

Among the items being auctioned are a $25 gift card from Santa Fe Restaurant; five i-phone 4S cases from Q-Shop; ECU gift bag; porcelain doll from Nine Months; three movie passes from Cinemark Theatre; smiley face boots and pajama pants from Celebration Party Store, $250 gift card from Auto Blast; angel necklace from Gem Jewelers, two purses, wallet and phone case from Hair Shack, Tyler Candle from Artisan Salon and Spa, two free oil changes from Patriot Ford and feather hair clips from Inch A Long Clothing Company.

Refreshments will be served at the show and every ECU student, faculty or staff member can get a 15 percent discount on their purchase in the store that day. The first 150 guests will receive good bags from local businesses.
