Hotpot is a traditional form of cooking in Hong Kong in which food is cooked by individuals in a bowl of soup located at the center of the table. The food mainly consists of beef, dumplings, vegetables, and seafood, however other options are also available. We are happy to open this opportunity to the whole Babson Community to enjoy, especially on these cold winter nights, when the Hot pot season beginns!
